Privacy Policy

DealSieve ("we") operates dealsieve.com and the DealSieve channels on messaging and social platforms. We keep things simple: this site exists to describe the channel and to redirect you to retailers.

What we collect

On this website: standard anonymous server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and basic traffic statistics. We use analytics and advertising cookies (see "Analytics & advertising" below); there are no login accounts.
Email subscription: if you subscribe to deal alerts, we store the email address you give us and use it only to send you our promotions and deal digests. Every email includes an unsubscribe option, and you can also ask us to delete your address at any time at contact@dealsieve.com. We never sell or share the list.
Contact form: if you send us a message, we store the name, email and message text you provide so we can reply. We use it for nothing else.
Link redirects: when you click a deal link, we count the click (deal ID, timestamp) before redirecting you to the retailer. We do not store personal profiles or purchase data.
Price watches: if you ask us to watch a product, we store your email address and the product identifier (ASIN) so we can email you when the price drops. Each watch expires automatically after 90 days, and every alert has a one-click stop link.
Reorder tracking (order-history upload): if you use the Reorder Tracker, your Amazon order-history file is read and analyzed entirely in your browser — it is never uploaded to us. The only data sent to DealSieve is the list of product identifiers (ASINs) you choose to track and your email address, which become ordinary price watches (above). We never receive or store your addresses, payment methods, order details, or the file itself.
On Telegram/WhatsApp/X: those platforms are governed by their own privacy policies. We see only what the platform shows channel administrators (e.g., aggregate subscriber counts).
Analytics & advertising: we use Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the Pinterest Tag to measure traffic and to run and retarget advertising. These set cookies and collect standard interaction data (pages viewed, links clicked). With Meta's Automatic Advanced Matching enabled, if you submit your email in a form it is hashed in your browser before it is sent to Meta so ad performance can be matched — Meta receives the irreversible hash, not your readable email address. You can opt out through your browser's cookie controls or your ad-personalization settings at Meta, Google and Pinterest.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal data, and we never share your email address in readable form with third parties (Meta receives only an irreversible hash, as described above).
We don't know what you buy. Retailers report aggregate, anonymized commission data to us.

Affiliate links

Links to retailers (including Amazon) are affiliate links. The retailer may set cookies in your browser under its own policy when you follow a link. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Data retention

Server logs and click counters are kept for up to 90 days, then deleted or aggregated. Email subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe; contact-form messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request.
